Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fresh basil
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley
  • 3 tablespoons fresh oregano
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons pine nuts
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


    Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients except olive oil in food processor or blender

  2. Pulse until finely chopped.

  3. Add oil and blend until the mixture becomes a thick paste.
  4. Toss with your favorite pasta

  5. Top with a sprinkle of nutritional yeast or freshly chopped parsley.

  6. Serves four to six.
