• 1 package of four veggie burgers
  • Four large sandwich rolls
  • 2 medium avocados, peeled, seeded and sliced (optional)
  • 2 large pickles, sliced (optional)
  • 2 large tomatoes, sliced (optional)
  • Four leaves of lettuce (optional)
  • 1 pound package of frozen french fries
  • Condiments


  1. Prepare the frozen french fries according to the package directions (these take a while, so you should start them before you begin preparing the veggie burgers).
  2. Prepare veggie burgers according to package directions (they can usually be fried, baked, grilled or microwaved)
  3. Put them in the buns, top with avocados, pickles, tomatoes, lettuce, and condiments (as desired).
  4. Put a burger and a side of fries on each plate and serve.
  5. Serves four (as you might have guessed).
